2. Consultation
Once the form has been submitted, we will have someone contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a time for us to visit your place of business and discuss your vending needs.
3. Promise
Here are BrothersVend, we offer a ZERO Risk agreement. Meaning that you will not be locked in with our service for months or years. We take great pride in our service and are confident that you wil be 100% satisfied by them that we offer a cancel-anytime policy. If you are not satisfied we will remove our machines from your facility, no questions asked. We would appreciate any feedback so we can improve our services.
4. Machine Setup
After the decesion to go with our service, we will setup the delivery and installation of the machines. There is absolute NO CHARGE to you! BrothersVend will cover any maintenance, repairs and stocking of machines. The vending machines we supply will have the latest technology and will guarantee delivery or you will get you money back. Our machines will be able to accept a multitude of payments, such as; Cash, Credit Cards and mobile payments.
5. Continued Support
Once the required machines are installed, we provide an ongoing service to ensure that your machines are stocked and never out of product. Also, should you ever need any assistance in between our scheduled service days, simply call us and will be out the same day or within 24 hours to resolve any issues.
